Professional Bio
A native to Springfield, Missouri, Brent graduated from Kansas State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication.
After spending more than a decade doubling the size of his family’s retail grocery business to 12 locations, Brent and his family sold the company in 2012 and started acquiring and developing multifamily, mixed-use, office, and retail properties.
Since founding Greenway Development Group, Brent and his strategic partners have accumulated and managed an estimated $200 Million in commercial real estate assets in multiple markets.
Brent founded Entrust Property Solutions in 2016. The company now employs 50 people in management, leasing, and maintenance and manages almost 3000 units ranging from multi-family and mixed-use properties to retail strip centers, HOAs, office, and storage. Entrust manages all of Greenway Development Group properties.
Brent holds numerous board positions to include Legacy Bank and Trust, Montana West Economic Development, Jordan Valley Community Health Center Foundation, and he currently serves as the President of the Board for the Greater Springfield Apartment and Housing Association.
