Mike Breeding

I have been a member of SAHA for as long as a I can remember and currently serve as Director on the Board. I grew up in Gainesville Mo graduating high school there before moving on to Southwest Missouri State University where I graduated in 1980 with a degree in marketing and general business. I still serve back home on the Community Foundation Board of Ozark County.

We have been rental property owners since 1976 with our company Ben Steele Properties. Currently we own and manage 165 single family rental homes in the Springfield and Ozark markets. We have an office building with 40+ tenants and help manage and maintain these upscale properties.

I have been a State Farm Agent in Springfield Mo since 1981. We were honored to be voted Best Insurance Company by the Springfield News Leader from 2015 to 2019. I am a Bronze Table Award Winner, A Legion of Honor Award Winner, and a Golden Triangle Award Winner. I have a wonderful team of Licensed Agent Team Members who are dedicated to servicing our clients and policies. I have provided insurance for apartment buildings, HOA's, condominium master associations, rental dwellings, businesses, workers compensation and much more.

I have been married to my best friend and business partner Judy since 1974. When we are not working, we love to go boating on Table Rock Lake and go deep sea fishing in the Gulf of Mexico off the west coast of Florida.
