Our Mission
The Greater Springfield Apartment & Housing Association was founded in 1979 as a non-profit, professional organization dedicated to the rental housing industry.
Members are industry leaders who own and/or manage rental housing, independent rental owners, as well as product & service suppliers. Members strive to provide and promote quality, affordable housing. SAHA supports our members through education, communication and legislation. SAHA serves a 24 county area in Southwest Missouri.
